Joint Director (Evaluation) (S-2/06) 01
  • Post-graduate degree (48% aggregate) in Business Administration / Agricultural Economics / Economics / Statistics / Agriculture or Engineering.
  • 10 years experience of programme evaluation.
  • Age Limit: 35-45 Years.
Deputy Secretary (IT) (S-10/04) 01
  • M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering/IT.
  • 12 years experience in Database Management/ Data Processing.
  • Age Limit: 35-45 Years.
Deputy Director (S-2/07) 01
  • Post-graduate degree in Human Geography / Statistics / Economics / Sociology / Business Management / Industrial Engineering / Public Administration.
  • 5 years research/training experience.
  • Age Limit: 21-40 Years.
Assistant Archaeological Officer (S-3/06) 03
  • Second Class Master’s in Ancient Indian History, Culture & Archaeology or Indian Medieval History + Diploma in Archaeology OR 2 years field experience.

How to Apply for UPPSC Recruitment 2025

  • OTR Mandatory: Apply Online through the UPPSC website uppsc.up.nic.in. OTR (One Time Registration) on https://otr.pariksha.nic.in is mandatory before applying.
  • Stages: The online application process has multiple stages: OTR → Application Part-I/Part-II → Fee payment (SBI MOPS) → Final submission.
  • Final Submission: Take printouts at stages as instructed. After final online submission, take a print of the application and transaction slip.
  • Hard Copy Submission: Candidates must send self-attested photocopies of all required documents along with the printout of the online form by registered/speed post or by hand to the Office of the Commission by the hard-copy deadline (05-01-2026).
  • Envelope: The envelope should be A-4 size and must have the auto-filled address slip pasted on it. Use separate envelopes for each post if applying to multiple posts.
  • Records: Candidates must preserve all reference information (O.T.R. number, Application ID, fee payment slip, etc.) for future correspondence.

UPPSC Various Posts 2025 : Selection Process

  • Screening Examination: Selection may include a Screening Examination (Objective Type) and Interview.
  • Merit Calculation: Merit is determined by 75% marks of Screening Test + 25% marks of Interview.
  • Negative Marking: Penalty of one third (0.33) marks for wrong answers.
  • Minimum Standards: SC/ST — 35%, Others — 40% efficiency standard in Screening exam.
