Eligibility Criteria for Happy Card Scheme 2025 Card Collection & Activation
  • Applicant must be from a Haryana BPL Family.
  • Annual family income must be less than ₹1 lakh (verified in PPP).
  • Free Travel Benefit: Beneficiaries get free travel in Haryana Roadways buses up to 1,000 kilometers per year.
⏰ Official Website 		Collection: Pay ₹50 fee. Collect your card from the specified depot selected during the form filling process. You must present the reference number and original Aadhaar card.

Activation: Upon receiving the card, you will get an OTP. Use this OTP to reset your PIN, which will activate the card and its benefits.
