  • Minimum 60% marks required.
  • Mandatory: Candidate must be a domicile of Karnataka State.

Stipend, Salary & Selection Process

Stipend during Training:

  • 1st Year: ₹20,000/- pm (consolidated)
  • 2nd Year: ₹23,000/- pm (consolidated)
  • After successful completion of training: Appointment as Supervisor (TS-1 Grade) in scale ₹28,000 – 1,10,000 + DA + HRA + Perks (CTC ~₹8 lakhs approx).
  • Service Bond: 5 years service bond (₹3 lakhs penalty if violated).

Selection Process:

  • Phase I: Objective Type Online Test (80 marks, 90 minutes) – General Awareness, English, Numerical Ability, Reasoning, Subject-based (60 marks).
  • Phase II: Descriptive Type Test (20 marks English writing skills).
  • Total Marks: 100 marks.
  • Certificate verification for qualified candidates.
