  • Soldier (Clerk): 10+2/Intermediate Pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. 50% in English and Math's/Accounts/Book Keeping is mandatory.

Physical Standards & Selection Process

  • Male Candidates: Height: Min 160 cm (Relaxation: 157 cm for Eastern Himalayan Region). Chest: Min 82 cm (expanded) and 77 cm (unexpanded). Weight: Proportionate to Height and Age.
  • Female Candidates: Height: Min 157 cm (Relaxation: 152 cm for Eastern Himalayan Region). Chest: Min expansion of 5 cm. Weight: Proportionate to Height and Age.
  • Selection Process: Trade Test, Document Verification (DV), Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Written Exam, Medical Examination, Final Merit List.
