Management Trainee (Technical)	124	Salary: Rs. 50,000 - 1,60,000/- (Basic Pay Rs. 50,000/- p.m. during training). After training, E1 grade (Rs. 60,000-1,80,000/-). CTC approx Rs. 16-17 Lakhs per annum. Selection Process: Online Examination (CBT) followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Interview. Weightage: CBT (75%) + GD (10%) + Interview (15%).
