RIICO Salary Structure & Selection Process

  • Probation Period (2 Years): Fixed remuneration of Rs. 23,700/- per month.
  • After Probation: Pay Matrix Level-10 with other allowances as per RIICO rules.
  • Selection Basis: Selection is based solely on valid GATE Score in Civil Engineering.
  • Examination Body: Examination is being conducted by IBPS.
