Salary & Selection Process

  • Inter Trained (Class 1-5): Pay Matrix Level-4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100).
  • Graduate Trained (Class 6-8): Pay Matrix Level-5 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300).
  • Selection Mode: Single Stage Main Examination (CBT/OMR).
  • Paper 1: Mother Tongue (Qualifying).
  • Paper 2: Regional/Tribal Language.
  • Paper 3/4: General Knowledge, Subject Specific & Child Development.
