Job Profile & Selection Process Details
Job Profile - Assistant Manager:
- Manage, review, and analyse all MIS related to the area (HOs, SOs, Bos, IBCs).
- Conducting regular field visits to HOs, SO's, BO's & IBC’s to promote and drive IPPB business.
- Assisting with last-mile End Users in resolving queries on business & operations.
- Assisting End users in onboarding by allocating devices, SIM cards, Inventory, etc.
Job Profile - Junior Associate:
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with all channel partners to drive sales.
- Selling all available banking products.
- Identification of individual business correspondents for onboarding & activation.
- Interacting with DOP HOs, SOs & BOs and generating revenue by cross-selling of products.
Selection Process:
- Selection will be made on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in the graduation.
- Merit list will be drawn banking outlet wise.
- The Bank reserves the right to conduct Assessment/Online Test/Group Discussion/Interview.
- Rounding of percentage will not be acceptable under any circumstances.
