The Haryana government has introduced a major convenience for ration card holders. You no longer need to visit a ration depot for e-KYC. The government has launched a special mobile app, allowing you to complete e-KYC from home. This is especially for BPL cardholders and PDS beneficiaries to ensure smooth ration distribution and remove fake beneficiaries.

How to do Haryana BPL Ration Card e-KYC from mobile app? Complete process step-by-step

• Step 1: Download the “Mera e-KYC” app
  • First, go to the Google Play Store on your mobile.
  • Search for: “Mera e-KYC”
  • Download and install the app.
• Step 2: Allow location
  • Open the app and allow any permissions requested.
  • The app will ask to verify your location.
  • Select your state (Haryana) and location.
• 3: Enter Aadhaar number and OTP
  • Enter your Aadhaar number in the app.
  • Fill in the captcha code shown on the screen.
  • Click on “Generate OTP”.
  • An OTP will be sent to the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar.
  • Enter that OTP in the app.
• Step 4: Do Face e-KYC
  • Once the OTP is verified, the app's camera will open.
  • Take a clear photo of your face.
  • Click the photo and press the Submit button.
• Step 5: KYC is complete
  • Your face e-KYC will be successfully completed.
  • A confirmation message will appear on the screen.
