- Fill in the application form completely.
- Bring the completed application form along with self-attested copies of required documents (Matriculation, MBBS/MD/MS/DNB Degrees, Registration, Experience, Category, NOC, Aadhaar, etc.).
- Report for Document Verification on the date of the interview between 9 AM to 10 AM.
- Only verified candidates will be allowed to appear before the Interview Board.
