DCBH Senior Resident Eligibility Criteria

Senior Resident Doctor (Ad-hoc Tenure) 13
  • MD/MS/DNB/Diploma in relevant discipline from a recognized institution/university.
  • Or MBBS with 2 years experience for some posts (Candidates with 2 years’ experience in Obs&Gynae or medical ICU eligible if no suitable applicant).
  • DMC registration is mandatory.
  • Must not have completed three years of Senior Residency in any institution.

Instructions & Selection Process

  • Selection Process: Walk-in interview (daily except holidays) until posts filled.
  • Document verification and merit list preparation as per Residency Scheme rules.
  • Appointment is initially for 89 days, extendable up to three years based on satisfactory performance.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
  • Posts may be filled provisionally/ad-hoc if suitable SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates are unavailable.
  • Appointment is subject to Medical fitness.
