  • Shot Put (25 Marks):
    Male: 16 Pound Shot (Min 16 ft).
    Female: 12 Pound Shot (Min 12 ft).
  • High Jump (25 Marks):
    Male: Min 4 Feet.
    Female: Min 3 Feet.
